Refund policy

14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Before sending an item back, contact us at hauckgcc@gmail.com or +971 50 342 9520 and provide your order number. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free when you follow the return instructions we provide. Where applicable, we will provide or arrange a prepaid return method.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
